MENTAL HEALTH SERVICES

At Surfside Pediatrics, all of the providers truly recognize the importance in providing care for the full body including the mind. In order to provide the best care possible for your children, Dr. White and nurse practitioner, Julie Schreiner, have specialized in evidence-based care for behavior and mental health diagnoses including ADD/ADHD, Autism, Learning and Developmental Disabilities. Following the most up-to-date guidelines of care for these diagnoses, both Dr. White and Julie Schreiner work along side counseling services to provide the most comprehensive, multidisciplinary care for your child. Julie is also a Pediatric Primary Care Mental Health Specialist and specializes in the care and medical management of children and adolescents with depression, anxiety and eating disorder care. We want to ensure that we can provide both the medical and psychological care for your child or adolescent under one roof.
